We’re currently working with an established and progressive veterinary practice who are looking to welcome an experienced Surgical Veterinary Surgeon or RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Surgery or Orthopaedics to their team.

The practice has an excellent reputation for clinical care and operates from a veterinary hospital alongside several branch practices. They are committed to investing in their people, facilities and equipment, including on-site CT, providing an excellent environment for managing a varied and rewarding surgical caseload.
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and develop the surgical and orthopaedic service
- Manage a varied and complex surgical and orthopaedic caseload
- Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Mentor and support colleagues, helping to develop clinical expertise across the practice
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the surgical service
- Help shape the future direction of the practice’s surgical offering
Our client is looking for someone who:
- Is an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Surgery or Orthopaedics, or has equivalent experience
- Has significant experience managing complex surgical cases
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care
- Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues
- Is committed to continuous professional development and clinical excellence
- Is keen to take on a leadership role and make a genuine impact
What’s on Offer?
- £80,000–£100,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Full or Part Time considered
